Welcome to Tesco Pay Toll Road. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our toll payment assistance services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Important Notice: We are an independent assistance service and are not affiliated with Transport for London or any government body. We help facilitate payments but are not an official payment portal. Additionally, Tesco Pay Toll Road is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesco Stores Limited or any of its subsidiaries.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

What We Provide

Tesco Pay Toll Road provides assistance services to help drivers pay for London toll roads and charging zones, including:

  • Dartford Crossing (Dart Charge)
  • London Congestion Charge
  • Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)
  • Low Emission Zone (LEZ)

Service Scope

Our service includes:

  • Assistance with payment processing for eligible toll roads
  • Guidance on payment requirements and deadlines
  • Customer support for payment-related inquiries
  • Payment confirmation and receipt services

Service Limitation: We are an assistance service only. We do not guarantee payment acceptance by the official toll authorities and are not responsible for penalties incurred due to late payments, incorrect vehicle information, or other factors beyond our control.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Correct vehicle registration number
  • Valid contact information
  • Accurate toll road usage details
  • Proper payment information

Timely Submission

You must submit payment assistance requests with sufficient time before payment deadlines to avoid penalties. We recommend submitting requests at least 24 hours before the payment deadline.

Payment Authorization

By using our service, you authorize us to facilitate payments on your behalf and charge the applicable service fees.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding toll payments and vehicle usage in relevant zones.

Fees and Payment

Service Fees

Our assistance service includes a convenience fee in addition to the official toll amount. This fee covers:

  • Payment processing assistance
  • Customer support services
  • Administrative costs
  • Service maintenance

Fee Transparency

We will always provide a clear breakdown of costs before you proceed with payment, including:

  • Official toll amount
  • Our service fee
  • Total amount due

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods through our secure payment processors, including:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Other approved payment methods

Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once payment assistance has been provided. However, we offer refunds in the following specific circumstances:

  • If we fail to process your toll payment due to an error on our part
  • If you cancel your request before we have initiated the payment process
  • If we are unable to provide the service for technical reasons

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date via email to refunds@teciso.pro. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Our service fee is separate from the official toll amount. We facilitate payment of both amounts to the respective authorities.

Limitations of Liability

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and timely assistance, we cannot guarantee:

  • Payment acceptance by official authorities
  • Avoidance of all penalties or fines
  • Service availability at all times
  • Accuracy of third-party information

Our Responsibility

We take responsibility for errors that are directly attributable to our service, including:

  • Technical failures on our website that prevent service delivery
  • Processing errors made by our staff
  • Failure to process payments when all required information was provided correctly and on time

Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, wars, and technical failures.

Important: We are not responsible for penalties, fines, or other charges imposed by toll authorities due to late payments, incorrect information provided by you, or other factors beyond our control. The ultimate responsibility for timely toll payment remains with the vehicle owner/operator. However, we do take responsibility for errors directly caused by our service.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on our website and services are owned by or licensed to Tesco Pay Toll Road. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
